My son needed glasses badly. My job doesn’t offer us immediate vision coverage but they did give us the fsa visa card. I scheduled his appt. online and was sent a few reminders before the appt. date. When we got there, the wait wasn’t long at all. The staff was very friendly from check-in up until we picked up his glasses an hr later. They accepted the Visa FSA so I didn’t come out of pocket for anything and My 9 yr old was very happy with his glasses. I will be going back for my pair very soon.

Like I always do I waited until I used my last pair of contacts and needed a yearly eye exam to get more. I don’t have a set eye doctor or place I go to so I stopped in here by suggestion from a coworker and was definitely impressed. Another thing I don’t do? Appointments. I hate having time restraints and commitments. So I made this place my first stop when I got to the Galleria. Figuring they’d tell me to come back in a hour, I was planning my plan of attack for shopping when I walked in and asked for an appointment. There were two people signed in before me so they said they’d work me in and gave me paperwork to fill out. I expected to be waiting for a while but as soon as I took my paperwork back up to the desk and they made a copy of my insurance card, I was called back to start the eye exam. From start to finish it took me about 45 minutes and I was shocked. They didn’t have my contacts in stock so they said they would order them. I figured it would be at least a week before the came in but I received a call the NEXT day to tell me they were in! Crazy. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an eye exam. Definitely a quick & easy process!

I’ve been long overdue for new glasses and have been putting off the purchase for some time. Yesterday I finally took the first steps to improve my vision of the world. However, I kind of do things backwards from most people. I shop multiple times searching for the perfect frame, before finally getting my eyes examined. We were in the Galleria and I thought why not check out LensCrafter one more time for frames. This time I found a couple pair that were a possibility. One was a tortoise Ray Ban and the other a cool pair of Oakley’s. Then it happened, as we browsed the last section of frames a pair of Dolce and Gabbana screamed my name. They were black with highlights of my signature color, orange. They looked great on me and I loved ‘em. Nerea, who is the Sales Supervisor was assisting me and was able to get me in with the doctor at Antoine Eye Care fairly quick making my process of choosing these frames easy. She held the frames for me, I got the eye exam and we closed the sale. Modern technology is mind blowing. I remember the days when they use to mark your lens with a sharpie for vision lines. Now you put your new frames on, they take your picture with the computer and your done. I swear computers are taking over the world. My lens are not easy, so it will take about 10 days before mine are ready. Normally I am one who wants instant gratification, but this time I will wait patiently because I found a frame that I love.
