Brought my mother into Le Shoe because they carried a brand of stretchy fabric shoes that work well with swollen feet. The salesman who helped us had very little patience with my mom. She knows what she likes and he was not accommodating, in fact, he was rude to her. Customer Service at it’s WORST!

Poor customer service! Would not recommend anyone going there! Not helpful at all and very rude! What ever happened to making the customer happy! Especially DO NOT special order from them! Waited over 4 weeks and not once did anyone call to let me know what was going on with the order until I called and complained with the owner over at Saliga. He did check on the status but still came back and stated that they had no idea when they would be in because there was a problem at the Dansko wharehouse. Both my friend and I got our money back and found the shoes at the Walking Co. and Nordstrom!

Great assortment of European, stylish shoes. A lot of Danskos!!! All shoes are out, sorted by size. All you need to do is find a shoe that you like and see if it fits. If it is not there in the open, they don’t have it. It is quick and nobody is hovering to «help you» buy but they are there the second you need them. Great friendly service! We came after closing and they opened for us We bought a nice pair of Dansko clogs. Great deal!
