I’ve always had great experience with these folks. They look at and know the products they sell. This won’t be the cheapest place to buy a mower, chainsaw, or whatever, but if you want something quality that gives long service, talk with them.
I appreciate the grumpy reviewers that were hoping for drive through service. This is a small family-​owned business that can quickly get overwhelmed if several folks come in at once. Budget a little time and you will discover you are talking with folks with years of experience. It is worth giving them a shot. All my items — chainsaws, mowers and other equipment — are still working years later.

Update: called back, now 3 weeks (21 days) since I dropped off my mower. Told (politely) that they haven’t started working on it yet, and to call back in 2 days. I then came to the business and picked up the mower, because frankly I need to cut my grass. I am really disappointed in my experience here. What a colossal waste of time!

I purchased my first Stihl product here last week. My original reason to visit the store was to drop off my lawn mower for its yearly service. However, they were having a promotion on Stihl products, and I needed a new trimmer… so I asked for sales help. Don, the associate that was helping me, clearly explained the different options. He didn’t try to upsell me into something that I wouldn’t need. I felt very informed and decided to purchase a new FS 55 trimmer. Before I left the store, he took it to the back and tuned it up, brought it out front and showed me how to use everything, and threw in some saftey gear to keep me protected while I work.
When I go back to the store, I’ll be sure to ask for Don.
By the way, I’m not sure why, but they were offering free hot dogs, wings, and pizza the day I was there.

I have not purchased any equipment here, but I have used this as a good place to get repair parts. they are helpful and have a pretty good inventory if you need to repair your mower, etc.
