I took my bike in for repair work about a week ago to replace a broken spoke and a tune up. Matt did an assessment while I was there and explained the condition of the bike components. The chain needed to be replaced as well.
After a couple of days on the road, I must say that the bike has never ridden smoother (even when new). It feels more balanced, tighter and zippier! Matt was also enjoyable to deal with.
I have been to quite a few shops and have never gotten such good quality work. It truly makes a difference.
Overall — great service and excellent work! I highly recommend them.
