The service itself was fine, however they over crowded so we had to use the parlor which we agreed to knowing it would be a very small service. The aftermath was the problem. I suppose if I paid 100% cash things would have been handled a little smoother. The fact that I had to keep calling to make sure things were done is certainly not I how I expected it to go, I should have paid more and had the service a different funeral home. My copy of the death certificate along with the life insurance paperwork sits in the Kutis office. They have to send it to the life insurance to get paid and for me to get the remainder of the balance however it still sits in the office, the post funeral handling was aweful.

Kutis is what you expect from a funeral home. They are very kind and courteous to the family and try to fulfill the wishes one desires in a time of great emotional strife. They are compassionate and gentle and work with what desires are wanted.
