10÷14÷2015− THEWORST experience I have EVER had. My co worker and I order lunch for delivery while at work in a health care facility, when the driver arrived, I was notified, however was on the phone with a patient… The driver calls me yelling«I HAVEBEENHEREFOR5MINUTES!» It was 2 minutes at best. When I met him to collect my order he continued to YELL at me(In the lobby of my workplace mind you.) He told me that I needed to respect him. I politely paid him and holding back the tip at first because of the spectacle he was creating then he had the nerve to yell«WHEREISMYTIP???» While I felt that I had paid for my food, paid the delivery fees the tip was at my discretion and I certainly did not feel like this inpatient man deserved a penny. I ended up giving him his tip because he was disrupting the entire building with his ranting and raving. NEVER have I encountered such rudeness and unprofessionalism. If that was bad enough, the food was horrible. This particular IMO’s will never have my business or that of my co workers again. DISGUSTED.

In a land of bad pizza this store is the worst. Bad customer service and horrible pizza, skip right past this store or be disappointed.

Very disappointed that they would not honor a coupon that was not expired. They should say what they mean and mean what they say.

Horribly overpriced and they skimp on the condiments. 10 wings are $ 8 and 25 are $ 18 which is much higher than other imos restaurants. When we asked for ranch and blue cheese dressing they said they put it in the bag but when we got home there was only a small package of ranch. Avoid this location if you can.
