HEC TV

HEC TV is a wonderful St. Louis educational, arts and cultural tv station. Their main focus is aimed at strengthening the culture of St. Louis. There are many extremely interesting and insightful programs that will have you totally enthralled and thoroughly entertained. HEC TV even offers telecourses for college credit.
Many of the programs aren’t as professionally polished as those on network stations, but HEC TV’s programs are certainly more content driven with high levels of intelligence and a keen eye to the arts. Anyone who is artistic in nature, or those who take an interest in intellectual endeavors, will certainly love watching this station. One thing that I love is the funny intros with the computer noises that play while showing the various logos. It reminds me of my childhood and simply makes me happy.
At my home, HEC TV is on cable channel 26. Check your local listings and see if you have it. I’m sure you will enjoy watching them!
