Heather Mohr Photography

Heather was our birth photographer for my c-​section. The pictures she took were absolutely stunning, and Heather was very professional working with the medical staff to get amazing birth pictures of our son’s first moments while staying out of their way. She was great at communicating with us before, during, and after his birth and got all of the pictures we had hoped for. She is also extremely warm and friendly and had both my husband and I at ease with her presence, like having my new best friend there for our baby’s arrival. She also did a great job of getting incredible newborn pictures of our son after he was born and of his older brothers seeing him for the first time. She was fast at getting the pictures and slideshow for us and communicated the timeline so we knew what to expect. We will definitely be using Heather for more pictures in the future and I highly recommend her as a birth photographer, newborn photographer, and family photographer!

I came across Heather’s website while searching for maternity and newborn photographers in the St. Louis area. I thought her pictures were great and reached out to inquire about her services.
From the first email to the finished product, Heather has gone above and beyond to deliver a high quality product and great experience. She is always quick to respond and friendly.
Photographing newborns is challenging and requires a lot of flexibility. Heather was very accommodating when dealing with thunderstorms the day of my maternity shoot and an uncooperative, crying newborn during the Fresh 48 and newborn session. Her patience and sweet demeanor helped calm this anxious, stressed new mom.
Each session, Heather exceeded my expectations in doing whatever it took, including staying longer than stated time to ensure sure we got great pictures. I was extremely pleased with the pictures from each session and impressed when each time Heather delivered the photographs before the stated deadline.
I highly recommend the Fresh 48 session as she was able to capture incredible pictures of such a precious time that flies by amongst the flurry of nurses and visitors. Adding the Fresh 48 session was the best decision I made (besides choosing Heather Mohr Photography!).
Pregnancy and the days after delivery are an intimate and emotional time. Throughout the whole experience, Heather felt like more of a friend than a photographer. I am very grateful that I came across Heather to document these precious memories with pictures that I will always cherish.
