The staff could be much friendlier/​accommodating based on the expense involved! I paid 6k for a package, and one of the receptionists is beyond rude. She should have been fired. Think her name is Rhonda.
Also, the staff seems participate in idle chit chat before waiting on a customer. Again, no excuse for the prices clients pay.
Some of the technicians are great, one receptionist Sherry is very polite and friendly.
