I have only been here once for a 2^nd opinion. So, I need a new dentist. I call them because they are very close to my home and have been there forever. The girl who answers the phone becomes rude when I don’t know what type of dental insurance I have. I am frantically digging through my wallet looking for my insurance card while I am on hold. When she returns, I still have not located my card even though I have insurance. She gets rude and tells me that they will make me pay if I come in and they see me and don’t take my insurance. Okay, I get it but don’t be rude about it. Do they think I want to pay for dental visit when I have insurance? Sorry… going elsewhere. First impressions are everything.

I had an 8am appointment. I was there a bit early but wasn’t sent back until 8:10. However I still was in and out by 9am which is important to me. I hate wasting my whole day for a doctor’s appointment.
Stacey, my hygienist is always thorough, nice, and informative. As I pointed out in a previous review, I like how Dr. Taylor takes time to listen and answer questions after my evaluation. He never seems rushed with his time.
