Genesis Banquets & Catering

We just had a Catered Event for 125 people. We were so pleased, every detail was discussed and reviewed. Genesis executed everything down to the smallest detail. The food was delectable and served at the right temperature. Our guests have discriminating taste and we heard compliments all evening on the menu and quality of the food and alcohol served. Megan, Chad and John were absolutely on point with contributing to the enjoyment of the evening. We could not be more pleased. We would highly recommend them and have scheduled our next event, a Super Bowl Party. Our first event was a formal affair. Quite obviously, the skill set this catering company exudes is Top Notch!

I went here last weekend for my friends’ wedding reception. It was lovely. The food was great, they had a good selection, and it was well prepared. That being said, the liquor was watered down. My friend had a suspicion that this was the case and decided to order vodka on the rocks, where her suspicion was confirmed. My solution if you want the patrons to stay under control is to pour drinks with less alcohol, but watering it down seems to really affect the taste. If it is simply to save money, that’s a shame because I’m guessing that those savings are not passed on to the newly married couple.
It seems like a stand-​up establishment with the exception of that blemish. Fix that and you all could receive 5 stars!
