We’ve never reviewed a rest area, before. But, this place is worthy of one for the traveler looking for a nice rest stop. Expect good vending machines(including coffee), nice, clean, sweet-smelling bathrooms, and a pleasant wooded picnic grounds. If you’re traveling to St. Louis on Hwy 64 West, and need to take a break before hitting the hustle and bustle of the big city, stop here. Oh, and props to Challenge Unlimited, the company who has the custodial contract, apparently. They were there when we stopped, so we got to thank them for their service.
