Used this center to treat toe fungus via a laser procedure recommended by the doctor based on visual diagnosis alone. I was promised statistically good results and minimal discomfort. After 5+ rather painful procedures the issue came back. I went to a dermatologist for a second opinion. The culture performed by the dermatologist showed no nail fungus. So the treatment Foot & Ankle insisted I should go for was not even a viable option in the first place. Laser treatments are not covered by insurance, and quite expensive. The staff showed zero concern for my situation and was unapologetic when I called to see if they would refund the remaining session I had paid for, but was not going to use. Proceed with caution.

I’ve been a patient at the Soutwest Location for several years. Probably should mention I’m diabetic. Billing from the main office has been eratic at best and I was mortified when I went to an appointmnt recently and was told to pay my bill or the doctor would not see me. I have health insurance! I owed a whopping $ 132. and was told that i needed to pay in full before i would be seen. Funny, the most recent statement I had received showed a balance due of $ 88. I told the receptionist i had an issue with a possible infection of my little toe and really needed to see the doctor. She advised I should go to the ER if I felt I needed medical attention. Fair is fair and I owed the compant money but when did medical care become so lacking in compassion. Ive got a new Podiatrist and I will never use this place again.

Not impressed with this location. I waited well over an hour just to see the Dr. I do like the Fairview Heights location. I hope to never have to come back here. I will go out of my way to do so.

I was suprised when I pulled up to a tiny building that it could be called any sort of «CENTER»… but whatever… I have a foot problem, so I came here tonight and they were super friendly. Actually every single person I encountered there was very friendly and helpful. The waiting room had a boring health channel constantly playing and I did have to wait about 10 – 15 minutes before being seen… but hey, it’s a doctors office. What’s new. And statistically that’s pretty good. Yaaaay nice people :) but ps. the website says that they have«evening hours» — and open till 6pm on certain days does NOT constitute evening hours…
