Far Below Retail Furniture and Mattress

I just moved into town and needed a good mattress on a budget. I visited Far Below Retail and they had exactly what I needed. I explained my preferences to their salesperson, AJ, and he gave me a few options to choose from. He even coordinated delivery based on my schedule. Shopping here was a great, painless experience, and I walked away saving a few bucks on a mattress that’s right for me.

Went on the hunt today for a mattress and dressers for my two daughters. We planned on visiting three different stores. First stop was Far Below Retail. AJ helped us right away. We started with dressers, then went to a mattress. By the time we were done we ended up with two Ashley Furniture dressers (with mirrors), a new King Size Simmons mattress and box springs (with steel frame), an Ashley Furniture ottoman, and two living room end tables (also Ashley). We got all of this for what we planned on paying for just the mattress and dressers. Came home and Googled everything and it would have cost us $ 1500 more anywhere else. AJ was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all. He even gave us free delivery and setup for mentioning that we found them on Unilocal.We should receive the merchandise in about 1 – 2 weeks. It was so nice to only have to go to one store. I will update my review then, but for now it’s definitely 5 stars! We will be back for a couch in a few months!

We are totally renovating our kitchen and were looking for cabinets. After getting a quote from Lowe’s for 11 painted (white) maple front shaker cabinets with particle board backings, *not including installation or delivery* for over $ 8,000, we started looking elsewhere. I found Far Below Retail on craigslist of all places and we ended up ordering our kitchen cabinets from them last summer. We spoke with John on the phone and had our appointments with Lia. We ended up with the same amount of cabinets, in the same style with plywood (better, lighter) backings for $ 4000, including delivery. Installation was still not included, but they recommended a guy for installation (we did not use him). John came out before they placed the order just to double check our measurements and make some suggestions which helped a lot, we ended up having to change two cabinets. The cabinets are perfect, they were delivered right on time and they are great quality. It only cost us an additional $ 70 to get soft close on all of the doors and drawers. I highly recommend them, they stayed in touch with us through the whole process and were very professional and friendly.

We were in the hunt for kitchen cabinets, when we found out that Premium Cabinets also has a separate side of their office for furniture and mattresses. After looking through cabinet options and deciding, we ventured over to the other side to take a look at, and test out some mattresses, as we were in the market for one.
After trying out several, and John explaining the true differences, we narrowed it down to a couple options. We decided to think about it for a couple days. A few days later, I call back and placed the order for the Simmons mattress we liked best.
Unfortunately, there was a small snafu in which mattress showed up, but they handled it, and the correct one arrived only a week later, and John threw in the $ 50 mattress cover we added on, for free.
Had I been able to give half stars, I would probably have given 4 ½ stars, but I felt I had to stay short of 5, since there was a small hiccup.

The salesman at Far Below Retail was very helpful when I was looking for a full size mattress and platform bed. He was patient and not pushy. When I was getting delivery, I mentioned I saw this place on Unilocal and he offered to include free assembly (normally they have an additional charge). I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good deal on furniture!

I have been on the hunt for bedroom furniture for my son for a while. I liked the styles of Pottery Barn Kids/​Teen but was not looking to pay for the high shipping and higher price tag for furniture my rambunctious boy will probably beat up.
I found a queen bed at Ashley I was about ready to purchase when my friend told me about Far Below Retail. She warned me that the showroom is small but that they will give you the websites of the manufacturers and that they will order it in for you.
So my husband and I ventured out to South County to check out Far Below Retail. John was helping us, and he really seemed to know his furniture. He told us the difference of some of the manufacturers when it comes to quality. I also had a budget in mind for a queen mattress, but I really don’t know much about all the various types so John helped us pick out a really nice mattress that beat out the competitors pricing.
So I went home and did my research and decided on a set by Home Elegance. It took about 2 weeks for them to receive it, and they were able to deliver to me in Chesterfield the very next day. The delivery guys were very friendly and professional.
My husband put together the furniture very easily. The bed looks very similar to the more expensive bed that I really wanted. My son was so happy to have his big boy bed. The mattress is really comfortable. I would definitely recommend Far Below Retail to friends and family.

Far below retail is legit. Great service, awesome prices and fast delivery!
I saved $ 800 bucks total on two mattresses and sectional!
