I have lived in Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, & Tennessee, but have never lived in an apartment complex worse than Emerald Ridge! I was offered a $ 200 referral bonus if I would have talked a friend into moving in, but I just couldn’t bring myself to do it and encouraged her to look elsewhere! The maintenance people are polite, but don’t expect things to be done correctly the first time. A balcony off the bedroom… yeah, it’s off the smallest bedroom and the wood is so rotted we don’t even go out on it. The complex has garages that can’t and a swimming pool that’s the quality of a kids plastic pool.
