My apologizes for leaving a review when I personally haven’t used DOOR TO DOOR MOVING, but used a repost from users of the company in a different state. I removed my original comment, added more stars since you personally responded and gave an explanation to the discrepancy of the storage costs which all of the complaints arose from in the posts.
