If i could give NO stars, i would. I went in there the other day for the first time. It was so bright and colorful i definitely thought i’d get some help. I’m no fashionista and i needed some outfit ideas. I walked in and i saw 3 workers, 2 by the registers and 1 putting clothes away. The 2 girls by the registers were talking and basically having the time of their lives discussing who they hate, who they hung-​out with, the club the night before… you know — everything a shopper doesn’t want to hear from workers! Well, i walked past every single one of them and I didn’t get a «Hello!» or «Welcome to Debs».NOTHING. I worked in retail for 2 years at Kohl’s. My very first job. Department stores strive on customer service, which i got none of at Deb. I will take my business elsewhere and not think twice about it.
