I went with a group of about 14 people. Several people were bitten by bed bugs. The hotel itself is just filthy. There are huge stains in the carpet hallways. The rooms themselves are gross. There was what looked like a pubic hairball on the floor beside my bed. I don’t think they vacuum very often. It’s a horrible part of town surrounded by industrial and vacant buildings. It looks more like a pay by the hour type of place. Please avoid at all costs!!!

Clean, friendly staff, decent bed – not an area for a nightime stroll

Berkeley, CA
Excellent hotel service and management. Great customer service. Left driver’s license here on New Years Eve and hotel manager himself walked to the room to find it. Location of hotel is 2 miles north of downtown convention center, but accessible by the #30 bus. Neighborhood is ghetto and wouldn’t recommend going there by bus after dark.
