Never thought that getting an eye exam and spending way too much money on a pair of glasses could be so much fun!!! The folks at this Crown Vision made it fun and were so helpful! One thing they did not do was try to get me to buy the more pricey frames. And they gave me 50% off everything. I don’t know if the stars were aligned just right but I would recommend this store to anybody.

Customer service is the worst I have ever been subjected to. I have been trying to schedule an appt for 3 weeks to pick up my glasses. Good think I have a back up pair. I have been calling and leaving a message and no one calls back. If they didn’t have my prescription I would go somewhere else. I definitely will next exam!!!

Went to this eye Dr. after scheduling issues with my previous OD. Dr. Woodyard was thorough and nice. Some of the staff were very nice and professional, but the «assistant» didn’t seem very competent. I told her I was wearing an old prescription since my glasses broke, but she measured them anyways despite me bringing my current glasses. Afterwards, the woman helping me process my insurance even offered to measure my PD when I told her I had to buy cheaper glasses online as I was not eligible for new glasses through insurance. Very nice and professional. However, I overheard what seemed like the rest of the staff, including the eye Dr. making fun of the assistant who was taking a long time to do the pre-​tests. It seems they have some collegiality issues to work out, however, it didn’t affect my satisfaction with the service. Dayna H.

They have been rude when I called yesterday to check on the status of my glasses that we’re screwed up and they had to send back in. Today you call and get nothing but a voicemail because they are too busy to answer the phones. Was told the manager was Steve and yet have heard from anyone.
