Bought a coach leather hand bag on line for my wife. After 2 weeks of use the the bag got discolored with a bluish tinge in places. I bought leather cleaner and conditioner but this did not help. I called customer service asking for a replacement or refund Coach requested I return the product for«Evaluation» after 2 weeks I received the item back with a letter saying they could not do anything about it. Pretty poor show for a Item that retails for $ 400.00

I love Coach — great quality items! They recently shifted back to a more classic style and I like their things more than in the past. I was a bit stressed and decided that I needed a purse to make myself feel better. I went to this location because I refuse to step foot in Frontenac — I’m so not the type! I got awesome service here. Forget what her name was but she looked things up for me, made recommendations, and was not pushy at all. I ended up walking out with a purse, a phone case, and a belt for my husband. Did I mention that I got 25% off all of it? Sign up for it via their facebook page or website. They have them often and they honor even the expired! I’ll be back — SOON!

Coach, you have definitely retained First Class status with me. After a beautiful leather iPhone case I purchased in Feb began to come apart on the edges and seams, not by my abuse but only after normal wear, I was not pleased. I’ve had a few small leather goods; wallets etc. that have only gotten better looking with age, so I was really unhappy that the case seemed to wear bad because of a design flaw. My only problem was that I didn’t have my original receipt. I called and spoke to the manager prior to coming in and she was extremely friendly and understanding and immediately offered a replacement. I explained how I had already moved on to another case and was really interested in a refund rather than store credit, which they offered. I knew this was asking a bit of them considering I didn’t have the receipt, but I asked if they had the ability to see my purchase with a specific credit card(i.e. Target) and verify the purchase. She stated she wasn’t sure, but she would look into it and call me within 2 hours. An hour later she called and said it wouldn’t be a problem as long as I brought the card I purchased it on. I came in and Angela, the assistant manger took care of me with as much courtesy as if I was buying my wife a new bag. I’ll be back. Too bad their leather iPhone case wasn’t as well put together as their Management staff is at this store.
