Clydesdale Park

My husband and I happened to be in the area and it was a lovely day, so we looked for the closest park. This is where we ended up! We had a nice little walk. I can’t say it was as beautiful as most of the other STL parks I’ve been, but it’s fine in a pinch.

My hubs and I brought the dog out here for a walk, and I’m sorry to say that I’m not overly impressed.
Sure, I may have been envisioning actual Cyldesdales – to be specific, I was secretly hoping for a Bud commercial moment between my pup and a pony («May you only need the light when it’s burning low…»). But instead I found a long path near the highway and power lines.
We have so many great parks in this town! I’m scratching this one off my list.
