I love the Clark brand. Dependable, comfortable, and durable.
The service was horrible.
I asked for a size of a shoe and the woman guessed what the size was.
I had to ask her to check 3 times (politely) for the shoe even though she was guessing.
I was checking the sales rack and I found my size in that shoe.
The attendant comes out with the wrong size saying she did not carry my size shoe. I handed her the shoe and asked her to go get the mate.
Handed her another shoe and went through the same process.
I have never met someone so unwilling to wait on someone.
It seemed more laziness than a judgmental thing.
A very strange experience in service than what I am normally use to from Clarks.
