Charley’s Grilled Subs

The food is fine for mall food. Cheap and easy. You’re getting what you pay for. The ppl taking your order don’t really care to be there, but the Asian guy normally handing out the food is friendly and, makes sure to get your order right.

Horrible, rude and thug!
The help here leaves much to be desired, they were closing and help someone just before me and no one was behind me, after he finished with the customer in front of me, he looked at me and made the kill sign and said «we’re closed!» and walked off. No apology, no sign that posted hours or anything, just rudeness. Later another thug like person came up to the counter and talked to him for a while… if you have time to talk to your homies you sure could have made me a sub.
I get it, I have worked a food line and a front counter at a restaurant and have wanted to go home, but my business is the reason you have a job and I should be treated as such. Union Station sadly looks like a ghost town and we will never patronize any O’Charly’s again.
If I could give less than one star I would.
