If you are thinking about permanent eyeliner find another person to do it. I went in to have my eyeliner darkened up and Desiree Lauterbach, her application of permanent eyeliner was very painful and having had it done in the past I know it shouldn’t have. I had to see an optometrist after seeing her. My eye was severely dilated, swollen and 30% of the cornea scratched. My eyeliner is not even on both eyes, (right side being thicker then the left) she tried to fix her mistake by trying to match my skin color which left me with pink color line under my eye. I tried to contact her through phone, text and certified mail, only to be ignored.
