I had a wonderful experience here. I’m 31 and healing from plantar fasciitis, so I thought I’d better get some supportive (grownup) shoes! I was nervous about going because in my experience, shoe stores like this can be pushy and intrusive. This was not the case here! There was only one guy in the shop, a very cool, laid back older man who literally brought out the same shoe in 6 different colors just so I could see how they looked on my foot! There was zero pressure, and in the end, I am happy I got to support such a great local business. He really knew what he was doing and it was the perfect environment to shop without being hassled or ignored. I found just the right pair in my size and have worn them for the rest of the day. Thanks Birkenstock shop!!!

Young woman was very polite and cordial to me. Granted I’m a little old lady who dislikes being called «my dear,» but the sales person insisted I try the sandal on without a footy (very different from the other review) and engaged in polite conversation after the sale. I was very pleased; I’ll be back!
