Mike and his mom offer excellent customer service and a minimum of pretense. They will take their time to make sure your transaction is satisfactory. Mike is an excellent repair person and and a great guy as well.
To their credit, they are the alternative to hipster bike shops. Can’t see them being featured in Portlandia.
For those of you who lament the demise of mom and pop shops but are reluctant to patronize them, go now.

You couldn’t ask for better customer service and knowledge on the part of the owner. Fantastic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a bike.
