I parked my car across the street form hasienda, walked across manchester, was informed by a pedestrian that I couldn’t park there, turned right around and walked back across manchester all in the span of 2 minutes to find a boot already on my car. I understand that this is a business but there should be a time restriction before you are allowed to boot a car or or a clear visible sign telling you where it is ok to park for people who don’t frequent there and since hasienda’s lot was closed. $ 150 dollars to take a boot off is astronomically high and unreasonable. bottome line: Barcliff’s does not exemplify fair business practices and gouges innocent consumers.
