I usually go to the location in the Food Court. I have always had good experiences. The people are nice. The pretzels are amazing. I have also gone to the location on the lower level of the mall. I have had the same experience there too.

Very nice Auntie Anne’s! The pretzels are amazing and very tasty. The workers are very nice. From what I can see the food is made right and served properly. I wish that they were in a more convenient spot, but this looks like it’s the only place it could go. Overall great place to stop and get a pretzel and a drink.

Okay, I am forever a fan of Auntie Anne’s, but DAMN, train your staff to be polite! Literally every time I go and buy something, eye contact is never made and all I hear is the girl yelling «HELLO WHAT CAN I GETCHOO?!» directly in my face. Like, seriously, it’s not hard to be nice. I work in the mall, I know how it is standing there all day. It’s not even this particular location, either. The other Auntie Anne’s by XXI is the exact same way, and I honestly don’t get it. I mean, I’m still going to go there, but I’m just forewarning you that THIS IS HOW THEY IS GON’ TALK 2 U!

This Auntie Anne’s Pretzels was found at the Food Court in the Mall. I must say, I wasn’t a fan of the 3 workers who was working. All they did was talked to each other while the person in front of me and I was waiting. I finally got my food and sat down and I really enjoyed the 2 Hot dog Pretzels. They were really great and I’ll definitely be stopping by another Auntie Anne’s franchise and try out other items they have.
