Dear AMOSO clients, JUST READ YOUR CONTRACT. If it’s like mine, it shows that AMOSO pays the utilities as part of the mgmt and the Mgmt fee yet they illegally charge 10% markup for paying the utilities. Just read it. :-)

We found Amoso Properties, and have been extremely pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness. We had a few vacancies and they’ve worked hard and getting those units back online. I can’t recommend Joe and his team enough.
