Allstates Flag & Banner Company

I tried to order a flag with this company. After giving them my credit card info and having my in hand date come and go, I could not reach anyone at the office for days.
Finally my order showed up TWO WEEKS after I needed it still without contact from the company. I have been trying since then (I needed it Oct 8, it is now Nov 19) to get a hold of someone to get it returned and my card refunded. If/​when someone answers, I have been told that they are «on vacation» and will deal with it later. On three separate occasions I have been told to await a shipping label in my email, and it never comes.
PLEASE do not use this company. I have a feeling they aren’t truly based in St. Louis as they are actually part of
(the phone number listed forwards to the number listed above) and there seems to be only one person who answers, a man named Peter, who is quite rude.
