I had a number of issues going on with a laptop and tried to fix them myself, following online advice, so you know what kind of shape things were in when I brought it in to Jeff. He had the thing working beautifully in no time. He really knows what he’s doing, and he’s friendly and courteous as well. I’ve already recommended him to a friend, and I have another laptop I’m taking in next week. This is a great place to go for computer issues. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Jeff took care of some repairs at our office. He was extremely fast and courteous. We had our problem resolved shortly after he arrived and he came over soon after we called for help. I will definitely use his services again and would recommend his business for others who need computer repairs or service.

Jeff went above and beyond to help me! I had Ransomware on my computer over a holiday weekend, and instead of closing early, he tried several things to either retrieve my data or fix the problem. Once I realized my files were gone, and enough were backed up to start over, Jeff reinstalled Windows and put programs and settings in place to help prevent it from ever happening again. I explained to Jeff that my computer is a work computer, and he got everything done in time, even if it meant coming into his shop and finishing the repairs so I could pick the computer up from him near 10pm! Jeff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. His rates are incredibly reasonable too. I would highly recommend Akers Computers!

My daughters 15 month old computer lost it’s screen. We called Jeff, brought it to him the next day, and picked it up 20 hours later! The computer is better than new. He updated windows and word, cleaned the viruses and replaced the broken screen. We could not be happier with his service!
