Accent Dental Center

This place is full of screaming children, has a cramped, dirty waiting room, and running an hour behind. It’s like 1967 meets a public health service. I expect more of Clayton.

I love this dentist office! My young mini-​mes have been coming here for the past year, and we always have a really pleasant experience. I know, I know, it’s a dentist office. How good could it be? Good. They’re a pediatric dentist office, so there’s toys and a movie always going. They send out an email to remind you of your appointment, but 1000 times better, they text you! You sign up for it, so if you’d rather not be bothered via text, that’s ok. I on the other hand will forget. I write it down in my 2 calendars, but will everything that goes on in life, I will still forget sometimes until 10 minutes before. They text my the day before mini-me’s appointments, and then that morning too. So awesome.
The dental hygienists are good with kids, as they should be, but you know, there’s always the one that is a downer. I’ve never had that experience here. The dentists explain everything well. They just have really good employees.
They run ON TIME! HELLO! An office of any sort that runs on time? What is this world coming to? Yes, the longest I’ve ever waited past our appointment is 10 minutes. This is phenomenal, but even more so because it’s kids we’re talking about.
Finally, the receptionist is amazing. I wish I knew her name. She is the most kid friendly, parent friendly, kind, pleasant woman I’ve ever had the pleasure of having my insurance information taken by. If I were this place, I’d never let that employee go.
