Ulta

This was my first experience in this Ulta and I will have to say I was a little disappointed in their customer service. When I usually walk into an Ulta store, I am immediately greeted by a staff member but it was like a ghost town when I entered. I spotted a handful of customers but the staff certainly outweighed the number of customers that were in the store. I was looking for something in particular and was browsing every shelf and aisle. I was also looking at new products so I wasn’t in a rush to get in and get out so I didn’t bother asking for help. However I walked by 3 different Ulta employees who weren’t helping customers but just rearranging shelves and putting products away. Not one said hello or even smiled at me. I found the items I needed and went to the counter to pay. The girl who checked me out was nice, but everyone else seemed to have cared less about working there. I will probably come back to this Ulta for the convenience of it, and because I can usually figure out where things are on my own, but don’t hold your breath for assistance in this place. You’ll suffocate.

This just recently opened, so I went to check it out. This is the worst Ulta I have ever been in. I will not go back. Upon walking in, I was greeted. So I then started to look for the item I needed, and couldn’t find it. No help in sight. A bunch of employees standing around chatting aand doing nothing. So I got out my cell phone to find the name of the product and went to the front to pay. I stood right next to the cash register for at least five minutes. The worker was standing there and ignored me. She finally looked up and asked if I was ready-​I wanted to say no I’m must standing here for fun! Every lady in there was a snob! What a nightmare, I don’t believe the place will stay around with workers so rude.
