I don’t usually write reviews for places I’ve been, but I wanted to set the record straight from some of the prior customer reviews that are inaccurate and/or stale. I’ve been a T-mobile customer for almost a decade and had the best customer service experience last week at this storefront with Michael when upgrading to a Note 4. If you are one who has questions about plans and phones, this is the place to go; they will walk you through it all. If you don’t know the side by side specifications comparison between two phones, the representatives might not know each nuanced difference, and if they don’t, rest assured they’ll print them off and advise you of them. For what it’s worth, if you have any questions about phones and plans, they will answer them for you. And when you do purchase that phone, they’ll even attach the pesky screen cover, boot up the phone, and give you step by step instructions on how to easily transfer the old phone’s data to the new phone if you don’t want to do it there.

I’d like to start off by saying T-Mobile has always been good to me over the phone and at any other location I’ve been to. I’ve been with them for about 10 years now. I live right next to this store, so it’s convenient. However, the employees at this location are just careless and nearly cringe when they see a customer walk in. They clearly hate their chosen career path/lives or both. I abhor whenever I have to go In there for anything. I always like to treat people in any sort of customer service/retail job with respect and friendliness, because dealing with people can be very difficult at times, most workers I interact with who seem to be having a rough day will respond really well to this. However, that doesn’t matter at this particular place on earth, if you flash a friendly smile and do your best to be kind to them during your visit… you’ll receive nothing but a cold, lifeless stare with an unclear, not-so-helpful response. In the future, I’ll be going out of my way to avoid this location.

Just a quick review to say that TMOBILE coverage is horrific. I was a Verizon customer for many years and was not happy with their plans and high cost so I switched. What a mistake. First, the price is no longer all that different but even if the price was more, it is worth it. Last week I noticed I had coverage seventy miles out of Minneapolis. It had been two years since that was the case. I had coverage when I was in the back end of a Target store. I had coverage in the elevator. YES I HAVECOVERAGE! You get what you pay for and with TMOBILE you don’t get much. Buyer beware.

Great customer service. Have been here twice and the info I received the first time was not quite correct. This was set right on my second visit. Friendly and professional service.

I always have great experiences with this store. The sales team is friendly, smart, and willing to take the time to help me make a good decision on a purchase. I have bought two phones from this store, including my new My-Touch Slide. I will be going back this week to get some more accessories :)
