I cannot actually comment on the work they do because they never actually did my lashes. I paid the deposit for a new customer fill went in and was told they all needed to be taken off and put on again due to poor work from previous technician so I agreed and set up another appointment. The day of the next appointment I was almost there when I get a text that they needed to reschedule for later that day so I said okay and went back home, it ended up getting pushed back even further then yet that day. When I did finally go I got there to be told the remover had been left someplace else and that they would yet have to reschedule again so I did for 4 days later. The night before the morning appointment I got a message that it wasn’t going to work and we needed to move it again and that they sincerely apologize. I did message back the next morning to reschedule yet again and have not received a reply. So I am just done. I pretty much paid a deposit, drove there several times, but never received any service. Hopefully this isn’t normal practice.

As such, I’ve lowered my star rating from 3 to 2 as I am feeling even further ripped off.

I’ve been getting lash extensions for almost a year now and have gone to 5 or 6 other places prior to trying emerald city. This is BY FAR the best eyelash extension service I’ve ever had. I will definitely be returning!

First time getting lash extensions. I was afraid it was going to get heavy, crazy lashes. Nope. They were just perfect. I had asked for a natural look and that’s what I got. I’m so happy with my lashes. Emily did an amazing job. I couldn’t be happier. I’m booking my next appointment soon. It was nice and relaxing. She explained what she was doing. The place was very nice. Free parking.

Emily is fantastic! She’s very thorough and makes sure that your natural lashes stay as healthy as possible. I had my lashes done by someone before her and they wouldn’t last more than 3 days. I was also experiencing damage to my natural lashes from the work a previous technician had done. I had my lashes done by Emily and I haven’t experienced the loss of a single lash in 24 hours (usually I’ve lost 10 by now!). She’s sweet, polite, reasonably priced, and takes her time to make sure your lashes are perfection. Bonus: her studio is adorable.

I have been going to see Emily for two years now and I could not be happier! I was referred through a friend and since have not only entrusted my lashes to her but also consider her a friend. Emily is in the rare few out there who is not only certified in lash extensions but also is a certified instructor for lavish lash! I find great piece of mind in knowing not just anyone is doing work on something as delicate as eyes with all the implications that poor technicians can have. As a certified esthetician I feel Emily can answer most questions honestly or lead me to the answer I need. My latest is will Latisse help make my lashes even more dramatic? I get stopped on a daily basis by complete strangers wondering if my lashes are real and where I get them done. I am always very confident in giving her name it was not just luck. She is very gentle, yet knows the perfect technique and I never lose lashes! Some people in the industry including my optometrist have been in awe of her glue line, it is basically non existent and the lashes look like natural born beauty! I will never stop now it has become a new addiction and I will only ever go to Emily! The one time I trusted someone else they were a disaster and it was only Emily who could fix and rectify the situation so she has won my heart and my eyes! Thanks Em for being in my price range and better making my eyes look like Hollywood! Stay calm and love your lashes and Emily!
