Fairytale Creations Photography

Courtney shot the photos for my best friend’s wedding, and I was so happily surprised to see them just 2 days later. During the wedding Courtney was off taking «prop» shots with bouquets, shoes, rings, etc. and was back just in time to shoot the wedding dress and bridal party. She had ideas already lined up, and has a way of being firm and quick, as well as in the background. Basically she got every photo she needed to but she was not in your face about it. I can’t wait to see the rest of the pictures, I’m so happy with how they turned out so far! She also stayed late to capture some priceless moments. And her blog is great! It’s shows how really attentive she is during the whole process. I wish she had photographed my wedding!

We had our family pictures taken by FCP (Courtney). She was great to work with. The outdoor location that she selected based on our feedback was fantastic and fit our style very well. Courtney was fun and energetic. Was also extremely patient and understanding with our 6 year old son. Download process for digital photos was maybe a little confusing, but probably had more to do with my lack of understanding. Courtney was very accomodating throughout the process and has always been thoughtful and courteous when helping us. We would definitely return to Fairytale Creations Photography in the future as well as recommend to friends, family, or anyone in need of a good photographer.

My husband and I do anniversary photo shoots every year to depict where we were in life at that time. We are new to Eugene, and therefore; I did all my research about the photographers in the area. I couldn’t help but coming back to Courtney and Fairytale Creations. Her style and skill cannot be matched. Since we were busy around our anniversary (moving to Eugene), we wanted to get our fall pictures done before it was winter! Courtney was so accomodating with our timeline and flexible with our requests. She was a joy to work with, and made the entire experience so much fun! Photography is obviously Courtney’s passion, and it shows in all of her pictures. Just check out her website, and you’ll see what I mean! We cannot wait to use her again for future shoots. She is skilled at capturing the «feeling» of the event — I would hire her for engagements, weddings, pregnancy photo shoots, new baby photo shoots, every day photo shoots, senior pictures, or anything else you might want a photographer for — she is absolutely fabulous, and I recommend her and only her!

A photographer is one of the most, if not the most important decision you can make when choosing vendors for a wedding. Not being from the area, I did a lot of research online. I found Fairytale Creations Photography through a «Yelp» review.” I was impressed with the Feedback from previous clients. I went to the FTC Photography website and scrolled through the photos. The style and tone of the photos were exactly what my husband and I were looking for. We really wanted to stay away from the standard super posed shots. I remember being at a wedding years ago and seeing the photographer have all of the bridesmaids lie on the grass in a circle to get a head shot of all of them and I decided right then and there that was not my style. I sent an inquiry through the FTC website and got a response right away. I gathered quotes from FTC and several other vendors, but there was something in Courtney’s correspondence with me that drew me to her personality. We set up an initial meeting and after meeting with her, I cancelled the appointments I had set with other photographers. Courtney worked with our budget and we really feel like her services and packages are a great value.
Courtney was great at answering questions I had during before the wedding. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Courtney during the wedding. She immediately put us at ease with her calm personality. She was great at gathering all of the family members and getting the important shots in an organized, timely manner. Courtney gave us guidance and instruction, but also let us try our own ideas. She ran around like the Energizer bunny snapping shots of everyone, but she did it in a manner that was very unobtrusive. The photos really have a timeless romantic feel to them. We are so thankful we chose Fairytale Creations Photography to capture one of the most important days of our lives.

Courtney is great to work with. You feel like you are working with a close friend. We got married in May and the photos turned out amazing. Everyone we have showed the photos to say they are some of the best they have seen, even got a comment «She loves what she does and it shows» from one friend. She is easy to work with and you feel like you are getting above average service.
