Wright Automotive

We love Wright Automotive! Can’t sing their praises enough. Fair prices, timely service, and good, honest people. Every time we called, usually wanting a last minute appointment, they did not hesitate to take us. We have since moved to California, but I am seriously tempted to drive my cars back up to St. George just to give these guys my business and to have the peace of mind that I am not going to be screwed over.

I really do love these guys. I have had the WORST luck with cars in my whole driving career so I’ve spent a lot of time dealing with mechanics and auto shops. Joe and Chris are the nicest mechanics I have ever met and don’t do the stereotypical «treat you like an idiot because you’re a female» thing. The hourly shop rate is the cheapest I have ever encountered, I’ve been able to bring in my own parts and have them install them and they are just flat out good at what they do.

I have taken my cars here for the last 4 years. They have been great. Always get us in when it’s convenient, and get the job done in a timely manner. I’ve never felt ripped off, they are upfront and honest and won’t try and fix something that’s not broken like some other shops in town. I genuinely feel like they are looking out for me and the safety of my car. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know.

I’ve taken my cars to Wright Automotive for oil changed, wheel alignments, AC repair, and to have lights replaced they are always fair, courteous, and fast. I use full synthetic oil in my car and religiously change it every 7K, Wright charges $ 49. while other oil change providers are $ 69+. I highly recommend Wright to everyone, plus they will follow up service with a call to see how satisfied you are, wow! What auto repair does that

The gentlemen (and I do mean gentlemen) at Wright Automotive are the opposite of mechanic stereotypes. They are kind, knowledgable, fairly priced, timely and extremely helpful overall. I wish I could have found them several car-​troubles ago. I cannot recommend them enough!

I’ve taken my vehicles here for the last few years. Joe has always been very helpful and accommodating. There prices are always fair and always a lot less than taking it to the dealership. They have always stood behind any work they have done on my vehicles. I recommend Wright automotive to all my friends and Family. If you want great Coustomer service, great work at a fair price Wright Automotive is the place to take your Vehicle.

They really helped me out when I was in a bind came in after hours to get my truck fix

I took my truck into wright automotive needing them to install my air dryer, vacuum down my lines, and charge my ac system. He agreed to do the work for a hundred bucks, so I dropped it off on my way to work.
I got a call from them late morning stating I had provided the wrong dryer, I actually needed a special hose and dryer combo. He then told me he could get what I was missing, but now the cost was going to be over four hundred bucks. I told him not to touch it, I would come pick it up.
After work I grabbed the truck, swung by the auto parts store to return the dryer and get the correct part. They assured me I had the correct part already. A mechanic overheard the conversation and offered to fix it for me. He suggested I purchased three cans of refrigerant, My total came to just under thirty five, then I followed him to his shop.
He installed the dryer without incident, it was after all the correct part. Then he vacuumed and charged my lines without any issue. The whole process took just over an hour for which he asked for forty bucks and I insistently paid him sixty.
I have waited two months to write this review on the chance my hoses did have a leak. My Ac still works great and I feel I can say with all confidence that wright automotive tried to take advantage of me. I would avoid doing business with this establishment.

After a couple days they called and apologized. But never fixed the problem. We might go there again

Took our Jeep there to get clutch fixed and it was worse than when we first brought it $ 1300 later still have problem and they wont do anything to fix the problem. Dont recommend there services at all which is to bad because they were really nice and helpful at first.
