I wish there was a minus star rating.
By Far the worst builder we have ever worked with, and we are in our 24th home in 41 years of marriage.
They will promise everything, but when it comes time to deliver they will lie, stall and do very sub stander work, we had a home here before and decided to try them again because they assured us that they had changed, but all we got was more of the same terrible work and lies and stall tactics. we have been in our home 2 years and they still have not fixed the items on our three page walk through list, hoping we will just give up on them, because apparently that’s how they operate according to the many unhappy homeowners we have spoken to.
I would think long and hard before buying from this builder.
