Included in their fail to serve defendant documents were lies that I spent nearly a half hour insulting the defendant. This is a one man shop, the guy’s name is Mike. He has independent contractors sign up with him to serve in other cities. I think they are based in St. George. I asked Mike for a copy of the attempt to serve but he didn’t give me an honest answer — he said it had to go through «quality control.» Stay away from Mike, his outrageous fees, and unprofessional documentation of blatant lies that could hurt your case.

Without going into a ton of detail this place has saved my child’s life. We used the service for court ordered child supervision. Rhonda is the angel we needed in a time of need. She is professional and bar none the best in the business. Highly recommended for whatever your needs are.
