Excellent service, excellent follow up during and after the trip. The man rebooked my reservation upon my return for my next trip and everything was flawless. Great work!

The vehicle was great but the service left much to be desired. The female attendant seemed annoyed to be working on a Sunday and was reluctant to accommodate very basic needs. We were not rude or insistent. We were polite and patient but the attendant did not reciprocate. I have been renting from Enterprise for nearly a decade and this was the worst customer service I have experienced. A note to the attendant: You are getting paid to do your job. Do not act like you would rather be somewhere else. Everyone is replaceable and I’m sure many others would love to have your job!

Best rental car experience in years. Friendly and efficient counter service with zero wait, and had a good car (Chrysler 200), very clean with very few miles on it. Super convenient and very good value. Couldn’t ask for anything more…
