Buffalo Wild Wings

I placed an online order here last night for my sister to pick up on her way home from work. The order went through just fine according to their website however when my sister got there to pick it up they told her my card had been declined and that it happens all the time with their system and that the only way they could process the order was if I brought the card there to swipe. They wouldn’t let me give them a card number over the phone even. I had ordered about 50 dollars worth of food to feed my sisters family and I and so I felt I had no choice but to drive down to the location to pay and pick it up. I got there and was trying not to take it out on the server as I’m sure they were just following the policy but the manager happened to stop by as we were finishing up the order. My sister told him how disappointed we were and he said sorry but it’s to protect you and your card. I told him I understand that but if you’re able to place an online order with a card they should have been able to take one over the phone. He just looked at us with a smirk on his face and basically was like well sorry too bad. He did nothing to rectify the situation or make us feel better about it. All in all I came out of the situation feeling upset over the fact that my card, which went through just fine in the store, was not only declined due to their system having a problem but that I had also had to drive all the way down there to pick up food that was cold by the time we got it home and nobody offered even a discount on our meal for the inconvenience and embarrassment. It’s highly unlikely I will be eating here again.

The appetizer sampler is just too good. Nachos, onion rings, boneless wings and mozzarella sticks — are you kidding me? Can’t be beat. I’ve become a pretty big fan of boneless Thursday’s too. This place is always busy and pretty loud, but if you’re okay with waiting for a little bit and the noise then I think the food is worth it.

My son and I decided to sit at the bar, since they were extremely busy. I ordered the Buffalitos with spicy garlic sauce and he ordered boneless chicken wings with spicy garlic sauce. Both of our meals were so incredibly SALTY, that neither of us were interested in finishing much of our meals, and ended up leaving most of it uneaten when we left! I realize that it was a busy night, but they seemed way understaffed for the holiday season. We waited almost 45 minutes for a water so that my son could wash the salt out of his mouth!

I hate leaving negative reviews, however, every time we come to this restaurant the service is at a snails pace. Busy or not makes no difference. I write this as I waited 30 minutes to get food, then waited 5 more to get a fork. The poor server was trying her best but it seems like this place is not run well. I doubt we will return.

Just a bad place to go to service is so bad! I don’t think anyone here cares too! Not a place that go to even get a beer cause no one will help!

Most likely the worst Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in the chain, I couldn’t imagine a corporate owned restaurant run worse then this one. Service is horrible and food quality is just as bad. This St George Wild Wings is definitely not what you expect if you have ever been to one outside of Utah.

They get a 2 because I LOVE their wing sauces and options, I have been to these fine establishments all over but this might be the last time. I asked for extra wet more than once and these are dry! It was a to go order and I didn’t know till I got home so yes I should have checked but I figured since I told the young lady on the phone probably 5 times I didn’t need to but this ALWAYS happens. Maybe of the 10 last times I’ve gone only once have they brought a satisfactory product. I have been loyal to this franchise for years seriously years but I will not go to this St. George location again unless they make some sort of major change.

Worst service ever. Food isn’t bad, or maybe we were just so hungry and thirsty anything tasted good.

Christine was perfect. She Kept our drinks full. Best bartender we have come across in St. George. The fries were nice and crispy with the salt and vinegar. The chocolate cake with ice cream was our favorite thing.

Wings Good, Mac & Cheese was ok, Burger n Fries, Steak Wrap was good… Was not too impressed but wasn’t so bad either… I posted pics of what we got.

Typical BWW fare: good food, fast and friendly service. This one in particular had exceptional lunch service. Cheers to BWW.

Yes, the wings are good. But that’s about the only thing. We went on a Thursday before the dinner rush. And even though there were a ton of open tables, we waited 15 minutes to be seated. We ordered some boneless wings in several different flavors… Waited 45, yes, 45 minutes for our food to come out. The coleslaw was good… Nothing rave about. The waitress was really slow to refill our water. We wanted to try some fried cheesecake but our waitress was taking forever just to bring a to go box and our check… We didn’t want to wait any longer either… Not a good dining experience!
I gave them another shot and ordered online… Big mistake! They got the wing part of the order right. But I had also ordered some coleslaw and buffalo chips… Got my order and there was no slaw or buffalo chips… they gave me chips & salsa instead. By the time they fixed it and I got home with my food, the wings were cold.
DOUBLE FAIL!!!
Will not return to this location nor do I recommend them!

Great wings! I love their sauce selection, they all taste good, my favorites are the honey bbq, jamming jalapeño, and Asian zing. It does take them a while to get your food out to ya but I thing it’s worth the wait. Also, get the chipotle bbq dry rub on a basket of fries, you won’t be disappointed.

I love this place! The staff is always friendly and outgoing! I always go with a large group of people and the staff handles it with grace. Not to mention food is yummy !!!

I am done with St George Wild Wings.
I gave it several chances. I thought, maybe they are just new… maybe is their off season… I so wanted a good experience. Went a few times after they opened and was incredibly disappointed. I got a gift card for Christmas and thought I would give it another try.
1. Hostess flustered and disorientated. Asking customers to wait when there are a dozen open seats.
2. Waitress slow and inattentive. 5 different people came to the table. Awkward and disconnected. No straws, napkins or water on the tables.
3. Drinks took at least 20 minutes. Waitress apologized for a consistently slow bar. This has to be one of the highest margin items.
4. I am sure it is a national promotion and but appy hour without discounted drinks is just silly. It is a cute play on words but you are a bar. Happy hour means cheap drinks.
5. Menu had crusty sauce from a previous customer.
7. Place was just plain dirty. Bathrooms were foul and unkempt.
The staff have seemed annoyed and disinterested in helping.
I think Buffalo has an excellent product and business model. On the positive side, the place in a great location. Tons of space and T’vs. The food is good but the staff just can’t get it right.
This location is rough at best. After reading the Unilocal reviews and Tripadvisor reviews I realized I am not the only one. I am done with Buffalo Wild Wings.

I been to different BWW and this one u can say this one is a joke. I went for lunch with only about 7 people inside with about 10 staff and the service was really slow. My waitress only checked on me one time and forgot my order of fries. The food and drinks took so long you would think it’s packed full of people. since day one this place has been slow and still slow till this day

Our waitress was a total airhead and messed up our order. She tried hard and I felt bad for her but it was just annoying. The wings were good and we ordered the med size which came with about 15 wings so we picked 3 sauces. It was ok but I think I like Iggys wings better. Plus they have the tasty blueberry beer

Numerous restaurants come to mind — chains even — when I ponder places with higher quality food than the spot bros across American affectionately call «B-​Dubs.» But hardly anywhere makes for a more testosterone-​pumped, wing-​sauce dressed sit down.
Clearly BWW isn’t for everyone — myself included most nights; however, all of us have a jonesin’ for messy wings during the big game now and then, and that’s when BWW comes in handy. The menu has surprising depth, and, mostly, the service is top-​notch.

BWW is a national chain and it feels very much like a national chain. It’s not great, but certainly not bad. If you’re in the mood for wings, this is as good a place as any to get them. They offer lots of different sauces, although It’s beyond me why anyone would choose anything other than traditional Buffalo wings.
They have a good selection of beers and their menu includes many non-​wing options.
The service is good and the prices are decent. I prefer the local Utah chain down the street, but this place isn’t without its charm.
There are TONS of TV’s, so it’s a great place to catch the big sporting contest event.

Do not come with very high expectations… at all. We arrived and although the dinner rush had not yet arrived it took a good ten minutes before the hostess could «find» our seater. Our seater basically yelled the specials at us and left. I don’t except the ambiance of a wing restaurant to be very chill, but I could barely have a conversation with my husband.
Food came out in cardboard bowls… I’m sorry, but when I spend more money than I need to on a meal I expect it on an actual plate.
The only reason I didn’t give it 1 star is because of our sweet waitress who was very accommodating when my wings came out hardly covered in sauce.
