bed bugs. Our room was infested. When I spoke to Amit Patel at the front desk. He simply blamed them on us «you bring them » how is this possible that the health department allow this? I should have never stayed. My first sign was smell in the lobby

The room was ok. Small and cramped. It was clean, but I would not walk on the floor with out socks or slippers. When I tried to get onto the free wifi there was not a password anywhere in the hotel room and you had to call down to the front desk. I had a hard time understanding the staff so I never got on to it. Their free breakfast… Not worth it. They had eggo waffles sitting out, if you wanted an English muffin you had to reach into the bag and grab one. The very limited fruit was over ripe and not a very good selection for cearel. I opted to go across the street to Carl’s Jr. There quite a few resteraunts within walking distance. It’s ok for a 1 night stays if you are in a pinch. But I would spend a few extr dollars and stay somewhere nicer

This hotel was ok for a last minute stay but I wish I would have payed the extra $ 20 to stay at a nicer hotel. The lobby stunk so there was no way I was going to have anything from their free breakfast. The rooms weren’t terrible but it just didn’t have the super clean feel you want from a hotel. It’s located right off the highway so we could hear all the trucks revving their engines and anytime there was an accident we could hear either fire engines or an ambulance. It was nice to be near the outlet mall tho.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a little bit of a misunderstanding with our bill, but they cleared it up for us. Enjoyed our stay.

I didn’t have a lot of expectations going in. I was viewing it as a place to stay. And that is exactly what it is. It is a pretty good price that includes breakfast. The location is a bit odd. It is located at the back of a strip mall. We actually drove past it twice when we arrived in St. George. The first time, we were looking for the hotel but didn’t see it at the back of the shopping center. The second time we actually saw the hotel but missed the turn-in, which is located a little bit away from the actual hotel. Once you find it, you do realize that there are a number of chain-style restaurants and retail stores within walking distance to the hotel including an outlet mall. So, that is convenient if that is your thing. The breakfast was decent but nothing to write home about. The best part is that it was free and was included with the price of the room. It is also nice to have a fridge in the room. We were actually traveling with a lot of perishables. So, it was nice to be able to keep them cold. Outside of the room, however, there are not a lot of other amenities located on the grounds of the hotel. There is a pool but I did not use it so I can’t comment. Overall, if you are looking for a cheap place to rest your head for the night, it is not a bad choice. Just don’t come in with a lot of expectations.

Front desk service was rude. Charged our card earlier in the morning before we even got there. Rooms were awful. We checked out early and lost our money and went somewhere else the next night. Breakfast was very limited ended up going to McDonald’s. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This was a scheduled stopping point on my long, driving route home to the Midwest. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. I had reserved and paid for the room in advance, and it was clean, comfortable and met all of my expectations. They even offered, as a courtesy without me asking, to extend my checkout time by an hour since I was checking in so late(free of charge). Thank you to the staff for a pleasant experience and wonderful customer service! I will definitely keep this hotel on my «yes» list.

Unfortunately this started as a bad experience when our«nonsmoking» room smelled overwhelmingly of smoke, but was turned into a good experience when the office staff were very understanding and changed our room and reduced our rate. Very friendly!

What a horrible place. They call you like 10 times in the morning to make you either pay for another night or kick you out, then knock on your door and etc. they even came up with a room been rented to someone else??? Really with me still staying in the room??? Moved to other next door hotel. So much better.

For getting into town and needing a place to stay without a reservation we hit the jackpot! Got a king suite with two rooms and a jacuzzi for $ 69! The friendly staff was very helpful and sweet. I would definitely recommend to others to stay here!
