I feel bad for this cousins. I get about 10% of my order right. I think maybe it will change but it doesn’t. They take the order right because the tkt on the bag is 100% my order. But the«cooks» don’t know how to read them. We never get our orders right or the rare time we do it takes about 15 – 20 for it to be ready. If you go in it is a totally different thing. It is only the drive thru with the issue.

Screws up orders frequently. Thank God for Jimmy Johns and Jersey Mikes. They always mess up tje cheesesteak with added mayo and never get the bread correct.

This cousins has been riddled with problems for years, yet I keep giving them a shot as I assume eventually it will get better. But it never does. I really think it’s time for new management. In the mean time, I will go out of my way to another location. Today not only did I not get the bread I requested, somehow they forgot the lettuce on my veggie sub; literally half the sub is supposed to be lettuce. Thankfully I had some at home, but I should not have to finish making my sub at home! And for real, you couldn’t slice a cucumber thinner than they do. Theirs are so thin they are floppy. And if you go in the evening they are see through. I think for what they charge they could double the thickness of the cucumbers and still make a huge profit. The reason they get 2 stars from me is that the staff is always friendly. That’s all they got going for them.

Waited in line at the drive thru for ten minutes, then was greeted with incredibly rude and impatient service. I’ll probably be back for the drive thru, in all honesty, I’m lazy, but today I’m annoyed.

I ordered on line and when I went to pick it up, the sub that was supposed to be a 15 inch was 7.5 so they had to remake it and that took forever. I also got a seafood sub that tasted terrible. The«crab» was brown and tasted sour. Also on both of the subs the onions and jalapeños were not spread out at all. It was just literally a lump on one side of the sub.

Store is clean and the staff was courteous, service was quick. Sub bread was fresh and lots of meat on my sub.
