Susan Murray Pilates

Susan Murray Pilates is a first class Pilates Studio. I have been doing Pilates for about 12 years. I studied in NYC for 6 years before moving to Florida. When I found Susan I knew I was home. The studio is extremely organized, well-​kept and friendly.
Susan is attentive to form and balance and very aware of any injuries, of which I am loaded. She gives me work-​arounds for things I cannot do. She has full knowledge of the body. Her equipment is Pro and well-​maintained. Her staff are all terrific as well.
Susan has an amazing personality and tons of energy. Her supportive encouragement makes me try harder through each exercise. Not sure who is more excited when I can do something finally that was giving me trouble: Me or Susan.
There are group classes or privates for those that want individual attention. I love the Privates but I hear the group classes are fun and amazing.
For those Zoomba addicts. Try something new — it is amazing how your body changes with Pilates overtime.

I have been going to Susan Murray Pilates for over a year now and love it. The increase in my strength and flexibility has been amazing! I love the reformer class and working on the Cadillac. She also works with my 83 year old grandmother and she is seeing amazing results in her physical ability. My friends and I love that it’s a child friendly studio and the prices are very reasonable.
It is obvious that Pilates is Susan’s passion and she is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Susan Murray Pilates!
