Terrible service department! I sent an email via their web site and told them THREE times I would need a rental car after leaving my car. I did not hear back from them (other than a confirmation concerning my appointment time) so I thought they could help me with a rental. When I got there they acted like they didn’t know why I was there and could do nothing to help me with a rental. I will never stop here again for any reason because they DON’T READ EMAILS!

Do not come here for service been here for over an hour and no one has told me anything even though they have signs every where saying they will updated you in 30 min. Over 2 hours for an oil change is Rediculous!

If you want to feel like a part of a family this dealership is for you. From Andrew the owner, Terry our sales consultant, Rob, Debby, Gerardo and others everyone acknowledged our presence and were very friendly. My wife loves her new Acadia and already has taken it on a long road trip. We were told so many stories by other dealerships that is was refreshing to not have an issue here. We look forward to doing business with our basic service as all the employees are helpful.

Service guys here are great! Darron especially was very nice to work with and super accommodating. Great wifi in their lounge too.

Full disclosure: I hate the process of buying 2 things 1) mattresses and 2) Cars. Why? Because these seem to be the biggest smoke and mirrors with sales numbers out there.
Leading up to visiting Starling, I worked with 4 other dealers scattered around central Florida. Each dealer either couldn’t get a brand new 2015 Colorado (at this time of writing this, 2014, they were just now being shipped from factory) or the dealer had one but was asking $ 5,000 over MSRP!
I then called Starling and spoke to Kerry King who gave me a feeling of trust, no pressure and «what you see is what you get» approach. Starling’s team found a truck 200 miles away and did a dealer trade so I could have the exact truck I wanted; nothing more and nothing less. On top of all this, they beat the MSRP! Let me repeat, they beat a MSRP price while every other dealer was raising it.
I encourage you to put Starling St. Cloud on the top of your list of dealers to work with.

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2014 Chevy Equinox. Their sales and finance staff were all extremely professional and courteous and truly made my buying experience a good one.
