Easily one of the worst and RUDEST home cleaning services I have encountered so far. She is far superior to her clients. Be ready to bow to HER needs, no matter how much you are willing to pay her for her abuse.

Used this company also. While they were cleaning my home, encountered a dent in my refrigerator door from a broom handle hitting it, blinds messed up from being to hard dusting them down with a broom, pocket door off the track from it being opened too harshly and chips taken out of my slate tile. Also, check under the bed after a couple of months of their cleaning. Dust bunnies galore!

We have used this place several times, usually pretty good work for a decent price. Bit difficult to schedule, but gets the time set. Today our experience was unflattering to the company. During the first half the single cleaner was frequently on the her cell phone and was missing items while cleaning. We did contact the manager ans she stopped by and assured us it would be taken care of. Unfortunately, it did not get better. A second cleaner arrived as scheduled and joined the first. While doing the counters in the kitchen, they did not remove anything(coffee maker, blender, etc), they just wiped around it. Also when vacuuming and mopping the floors, they did not remove any chairs, just tried to go around them. When I pay for a cleaning, I do not expect to have to go behind them and finish the job. We did contact the owner and she offered credit on our next cleaning, no thanks, not worth my effort to finish after them. UPDATE: So owner emailed and said because we were tidying around while the cleaners where at our house, it’s our fault if anything got missed. RIGHT — Blame the customer, always a good idea. OH, and deny that your employee being on her cell phone had nothing to do with it… YMMV — but buyer beware.
