Cobblestone Courtyard

I’ve seen the ads all over Facebook for this place. I was soooo excited to try it having just bought a house in St Cloud. After 3 attempts where I showed up because the internet said they were open and they were the in fact closed I stopped trying.
Today I looked up the number on the Internet. Says they’re open til 8pm. I better call just in case. The woman who answered the phone sounded drugged or like she just woke up from a coma. She said they were not open for dinner. They need to change the hours online then. I’ve officially given up.

Having just returned from the Cobblestone Courtyard this party of 4 were sorely disappointed. My wife and I split a shrimp Alfredo dish which was quite good. However, the the food was warm at best. Not remotely close to being hot! We did make our waitress aware of our displeasure and she offered to remake the dish but we declined. We were practically the only ones in the restaurant so there was absolutely no excuse for serving warm food! The other 2 meals which included a pull pork sandwich and a panini sandwich were fine.
Additionally, the courtyard atmosphere was less than desirable. A step ladder was left directly behind our table. The plantings needed immediate attention and were not in good shape. The whole area was just messy! Most discussing was the mop and bucket, much like the type used to clean restroom and kitchen floors, that was left in full view next to the doorway accessing the courtyard! Needless to say we won’t be back!

What a sweet little place on downtown St. Cloud. The staff is lovely. The food was great (huge sandwiches!).
We had the homemade pastrami & cheese soup. Very yummy!
Pastrami in the soup wasn’t enough for husband. He had the hot pastrami sandwich. I had the Reuben.
They have choice of potato salad (which was good) or yogurt & apples which husband got and really enjoyed!
Very stuffed. We’ll be back! Lots more to try!

Stopped in tonight for the Prime Rib Dinner Special. Portions were extremely satisfying and the food is delicious. Angie the owner was on premises and made for a delightful evening. Wanted dessert but full from dinner. Alk deserrs made on premise. Will definitely be returning
