My experience with Yelena’s was frustrating. Ultimately, the product I ordered (Mecho Shades) is a decent product, but the customer service I received from Dave has been less than stellar. Dave does not respond to emails or phone calls. The initial installation was problematic because the measurements were wrong and it took almost a full year to complete the job. I had to involve the manufacturer to solicit a response from Dave to complete the installation. Although Dave was out of service for a few months because of an illness, his failure to respond to communication occurred long before he was out of commission and then again after his return. I would not order again from Yelena’s.
