We had Wasco remove an old storm damaged tree and replace the new one. They installed the tree when they said they would with no problems, the installers were even nice enough to move some home made stepping stones the kids made so they would not get damaged. After a few months the tree died, most likely because of the heavy endless rain we received this spring. I called Wasco and spoke to Dave, he was very helpful and said there would be no problem replacing the tree. Dave helped us pick out a new tree and had the new tree installed two days later with no problems. Great people to work with!!!

Last summer I had a new landscaping design and install from another company. I hated it and spent the summer hoping it would grow on me. Well, my feeling didn’t change. I contacted Wasco in desperation. They provided a new design using all of the existing plants I recently purchased along with some new additions. The staff that installed this new design was very professional and even assisted me with questions about other plants. I love Wasco a Nursery. I get a lot of compliments from my neighbors and have color throughout the year.

This past Spring Wasco Nursery offered many informative free classes! All of the classes were Excellent, the staff and the guest speakers were NOT trying to sell anything! I learned so much! Because of these classes, we had their landscape designer draw up a plan for us! Meagan is so easy to work with, her knowledge, easy going personality, well, I can’t say enough! We have lots of new trees, shrubs, flowers and with the drought they are doing so well! I would HIGHLY recommend Wasco Nursery! You get what you pay for!

I love Wasco Nursery! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and and their delivery service has never let me down. I’ve purchased several trees and countless shrubs from them. Plus, it’s my number one stop for flowers every spring. The only negative is the price, as they are a bit expensive. However, I would recommend them,

My husband and I went to Wasco Nursery a few weeks ago on a mission to find a tree for our new back yard… we did find an extensive selection of trees and shrubs most of them priced at $ 100 and above… far more expensive than our budget allowed, but an amazing selection none-the-less.(oh and the trees were much larger than those you would find at any box hardware garden center– this will probably help too in your search for a tree). After our stroll through the vast selection of trees, we ventured over to the flower section which was a little smaller, but still there was a good selection… What really impressed me was the selection of native plants, and interesting flowering plants that you wouldn’t normally see at a box store or a nice nursery for that matter… I noticed beautiful black irises, European ginger(ground cover), an interesting selection of cone flowers, plus much– much more… I walked away being very impressed and noted that I should absolutely come back at the end of the season for any clearance sale(as it is a little pricey).

I recently spent a cold and drizzly morning at Wasco Nursery learning more than I’d like to know about dogwood trees. Sadly, most of my knowledge did not come from the staff at Wasco Nursery. My sister in law spotted a Cornus Florida Cherokee Princess Dogwood at the Morton Arboretum and decided she wanted one for her birthday(I’m dead serious). So, off we go to Wasco Nursery. They have tons of flowering trees, in a couple different size groups, as well as nonflowering. The nursery definitely has more trees than flowers, but there is a decent sized selection of flowers as well. Only a couple greenhouses, everything else is out in the open. They have a good selection of shrubs and bushes too. We spent approximately 45 minutes walking back and forth between the office building and the Dogwood aisles of the flowering trees. They had the Cornus Kousa, the Cornus Alternifolia, and another Cornus I’m either forgetting or blocking out, but no Cornus Florida. When we finally asked for help the people were not very helpful at all. The computer told Cheryl that they had two Florida Dogwoods in stock, but when asked where they were she responded«I’d think they’d be with the other Dogwoods? That would make sense to me» Yes, yes it would make sense, Cheryl, and yet we cannot locate the Florida Dogwoods. Some nice young man finally located the Florida Dogwoods for us, alas they were the Cornus Florida Cherokee Brave, not Princess. What a pity. The Wasco Nursery definitely has a vast array of trees, shrubs, bushes, and flowers to choose from, just don’t show up looking for too much help.
