Titan Plumbing

I called Titan plumbing to fix the battery on my sump in my basement. They came over and were very pushy with the business. I agreed to have them do the bathroom off the living room also since it had a leak. All they had to do was replace the inside of the tank. (Took them 10 minutes) cost 247 dollars. Then they gave me a new battery for the sump for 500 dollars and guess what the pump they said is not working and I need to contact the manufacturer. They scammed me. I called 3 other plumbing places just to ask what should have been charge and what is the difference and they all said they I was completely ripped off. Most companies would have said the unit is broken and took the battery back. They claimed the battery was good. (HOW DO I KNOW) So I really recommend you do not do business with them. I know some people gave them high marks. They must like paying way more for what they get. I was really disappointed and would never call them again for anything. I have never written a review before so this tells you how bad I felt with this service. I am out 700 dollars caused I was dumb hopefully I can stop you from making the same mistake I made.
